Free Annual Credit Report Reminders

This feature is available only to Members of Creditlock.com, subject to the conditions listed below.
Members who sign up for this service will receive an email reminder, every twelve months, starting from the date indicated below on the Free Annual Credit Report Reminders Request Form . Such reminders will remind Members that they can request another Free Annual Credit Report from each of the three credit Reporting agencies.
You can obtain a free credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer credit reporting companies in accordance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act). You may request your free report online, by phone or by mail. Online requests are viewable immediately upon identity authentication, while phone and mail requests are processed within 15 days. To sign up for this service, complete and Send the Free Annual Credit Report Reminders Request Form below. For your security, the form will clear when you click send.
Conditions:
1- You must be a member of Creditlock.com at the time you sign up for this service
2- You must be a member of Creditlock.com at the time you are scheduled to receive the reminder
3- Your email indicated on the form below must be the same email you provided when you signed up to become a member of Creditlock.com
4- This service will provide you with the reminder email only. To receive your actual free Credit Report, you must request it yourself.
5- Although our objective is to send you the reminder email in a timely fashion, we are not responsible in case you do not receive such email, nor in case such email was not sent to you. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, whether financial or otherwise, arising from you not receiving such reminder email. |
