Question What can I do if I find inaccuracies on my Credit Report?
Answer You can contact the Credit Reporting Agency producing the report and request corrections to any inaccuracies. The agency will follow up with an investigation, which can take up to 7 weeks. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the agency could make any required corrections. If they find that your claim is unfounded, or disputed by the other party, they could decide not to make the requested correction.
