USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of www.CreditLock.com ("Service"), a website operated by GammaWealth Strategy & Research, LLC ("Service Provider"). Service comprises all information, services, and products of www.creditlock.com, including and not limited to member areas, non-member areas (Public areas), www.creditlock.com/blog, polls & Surveys, Credit Lock Down Pro, and more, You must read this Agreement and its Rules in its entirety prior to subscribing. Your use of the Service will constitute your agreement to comply with these Rules. If you cannot agree with these Rules, you should not use the Service. These Rules may be modified by the Service Provider at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page. Your continued access of the Service will constitute your acceptance of any modifications to the Agreement.
Service Provider may terminate access to Service, without notice, to anyone who violates Rules.
If you fail to follow these Rules, or any additional rules posted anywhere by the Service, Service Provider may terminate your access to Service. In addition Service Provider may also seek other remedies, including and not limited to compensation for any financial damages. Furthermore, in case of breach of these Rules, we will also seek maximum penalties allowable by law.
RULES

Readers who have taken any of our subscription packages may download and print Content from Service ONLY for their own personal use. Content may not be photocopied, copied, broadcast, published, rewritten, or redistributed, in any way whatsoever, unless with our prior written consent, or under a specific program offered by us.
Readers agree that subscription is for access to password protected member areas on the website. Non password protected areas of the website are also subject to the rules and terms of this User Agreement. Readers understand that it is possible that no additional future content may be added to member, non member or public areas of the website. Readers agree that in case of no additional future content, subscription will simply continue to offer Readers access to existing Content.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. In case of cancellation, you will not be charged any additional future subscription charges.
In case of cancellation, there is no refund for any subscription fees already paid. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any refund for any time remaining to the end of your subscription.
While the Service Provider tries to do all it can to be accurate in the Content, Service Provider will not be held liable or responsible for any omissions or mistakes contained in Content.
All material offered by Service is copyright protected and any infringement of copyright laws relating to our material will be dealt with severely and punishable by law.
You acknowledge that the Service Provider and its affiliates have not reviewed the content of all sites linked to from the Service and are not responsible for the content or actions of any other sites linked to from this Service, including Third Parties, Paypal (our payment processor) and do not endorse them. Your linking (whether automatic or deliberate) to any such service or site is at your own risk.
You acknowledge that Service Provider is not responsible for the actions of its payment processor, Paypal. Paypal is also the preferred payment processor for Ebay.There are over 120 Million users of Paypal, and it's accepted by merchants everywhere. You also acknowledge that Service Provider and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, financial or non financial, arising from the use of Paypal for the processing of your subscription fee, or any other use whatsoever.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify the Service Provider and its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, and to hold them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorneys fees) which may arise from your use of Content and material(s) obtained through the Service, or from your breach of this Agreement, or from any such acts through your use of the Service.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge that you are using the service at your own risk. The service is provided "as is", and the service provider and its affiliates hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, title, merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral, in writing or in electronic form, including but not limited to the accuracy or completeness of any information contained therein or provided by the Service.
While the Service Provider is doing all it can to provide an enjoyable electronic experience, it, and its affiliates, do not represent or warrant that access to the Service will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, or that no viruses will be transmitted on the Service.
The Service provider and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service, including for viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Service, your use of reliance on the Service or any of the information or materials available on the Service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
JURISDICTION
You agree that this Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, USA applicable to contracts to be wholly performed therein, and any action based on or alleging a breach of this Agreement must be brought in a court in Maryland, USA. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Service Provider respects your privacy and seeks to protect your personal data. It collects and uses your information to administer, support, improve and obtain feedback on our services and to detect and prevent faults, breaches of our network security, the law or our contract terms. We will also use all this information to personalize our services and marketing. If you are a subscriber we may contact you to obtain feedback on our services and for any improvements we could make to it.
The results of any opinion polls or research we may conduct, and you may participate in, may be made available to the public. In general, in such opinion polls and research, your submitted information becomes part of the total poll statistics to be published, and you agree to the publishing of such data containing your responses. In such polls and research, the identity of those providing the responses is kept private and confidential.
You also agree that you have read and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, available through a link at the Footer of most of our website pages.

This information includes, and may not be limited to, your first name, last name, address, name of the company (optional), profession/occupation (optional), e-mail, telephone/fax contact numbers, type of subscription.
Payment Information:
- PayPal is the payment processor for Service Provider.
- Using Paypal, you can either pay through your existing account with Paypal, or by submitting to Paypal other payment options such as credit card information.
- Service Provider does not retain any of the payment information, as such information is submitted directly to Paypal.
- Service Provide is not responsible for the conduct of Paypal.
- Subscribers use of Paypal is at their own risk.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT VIA OUR SERVICES
If you are a subscriber we may also gather information about your use of our services, such as generic types of data accessed, times and volume of use of the services and Traffic Data. Traffic Data includes logs, details of networks, data and systems accessed, details of the sender and recipients of messages sent over our services, times and location of log on or access, duration of sessions, click stream and similar usage or system data.
STORAGE METHODS AND DURATION
The Service Provider and its affiliates may store your information in its databases. The information may be retained and used by the Service Provider and its affiliates for a reasonable period, reflecting our need to answer queries or resolve problems, provide improved and new services and any data retention requirements of the law. This means we may retain information after an individual ceases to use services or after the individual has ceased interacting with us. Except where the law, authorities or regulatory bodies require us to retain it for longer, we retain Traffic Data for a reasonable period after the Traffic Data was generated, including in some circumstances (such as with firewall logs or fault data) after any bill has been paid.
PASSING YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

In certain circumstances this may unfortunately result in "innocent" emails being affected but we do try and reduce such occurrences.

The Service Provider and its affiliates have developed strict corporate policies governing information technology. These cover areas such as access control, authentication, audit, monitoring, alarms, data storage and back up and transmission standards and environment integrity. Staff members and contractors are subject to a code of conduct that requires them to adhere to privacy principles.
